Careers
This page does not list vacancies, and we would rather explain why than show you six that might not exist.
A job board of placeholder posts wastes the time of exactly the people we want to hear from. So instead: here is what the network actually is, and how to reach us.
What you would be joining
Two freestanding emergency rooms
Both open 24 hours a day, every day of the year — Fountain Hills and El Mirage. Both carry CT, X-ray and a full laboratory on site.
Two clinics
Mercy Grace Pediatrics & Primary Care in Gilbert, and the primary care clinic at Fountain Hills.
And more being built
Central Phoenix and South Tempe are in progress.
It is physician-led, which is a statement about who makes clinical decisions rather than a slogan.
And it is small. That cuts both ways honestly: fewer layers and more scope than a large system, and also fewer of the things a large system provides. Worth knowing before you apply rather than after.
The kinds of work the network involves
Stated as categories, because these are the functions a network of emergency rooms and clinics runs on — not as a list of current openings. If your work is on this list, we would like to hear from you whether or not something is posted.
How to reach us
Send us what you do and where you would want to do it. A résumé attachment is welcome and not required for a first message — a short note is enough to start.
One honest caveat: we are not going to promise you a reply by a particular date. If you have sent something and heard nothing, calling is reasonable — (480) 608-1649.
Questions people actually ask
Do you have openings right now?
Ask. That is a genuine answer rather than a deflection — openings in a network this size change faster than a web page does, and the person who knows is at the other end of the phone.
Are these positions at a hospital?
No. Our two emergency rooms are freestanding emergency rooms, not hospitals, and the clinics are clinics.
Do you hire new graduates?
Worth asking directly rather than reading an answer here.
Where are the jobs based?
Fountain Hills, El Mirage, or Gilbert today. Central Phoenix and South Tempe later. Say which you could realistically get to — for a department open every hour, the commute is a real factor rather than a detail.
Is there overnight work?
In the emergency rooms, necessarily — they are open every hour of every day. The clinics are weekday daytime.
If your work is in emergency medicine, primary care, diagnostics, patient access or administration — send us a note, whether or not anything is posted.
