Emergency? Call 911.
Our emergency rooms are open 24/7, holidays included.

If this is an emergency, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use a form, and do not wait for a call back. Our two emergency rooms are open every hour of every day.

Contact

The fastest answer almost never comes from a head office. It comes from the building you actually need — so this page leads with the direct number for each facility rather than with ours.

Which number to call

An emergency, now 911 Or walk into the nearest emergency room.
A clinic appointment The clinic directly Numbers below — each clinic answers its own line.
A visit, a bill, or records The facility you were seen at They hold the record of your visit.
Anything else, or not sure who to ask (480) 608-1649 That is exactly what this number is for.

Call the facility, not the hub, for anything clinical or anything about your own care. Each facility holds its own records, its own schedule and its own front desk.

Emergency rooms — open 24 hours, every day

No appointment, no referral. Both carry CT, X-ray and a full laboratory in the building. And if another emergency department is closer to you than either of ours, that one is the right answer tonight.

Note the two different Fountain Hills numbers. The emergency room and the clinic share a site and are not the same service — (602) 671-7990 is the emergency room, (602) 671-7981 is the clinic.

Central Phoenix and South Tempe are not open yet, and we are not publishing phone numbers for them, because a number nobody is answering is worse than no number at all. What we can say about each →

The hub number

(480) 608-1649

For general enquiries, questions about the network, media, and "I do not know who to ask."

What it is not: it is not a clinical line, it is not triage, and it is not a faster route into any facility. For anything about your own care, the facility number above will get you a better answer sooner.

Questions people actually ask

I was seen at one of your emergency rooms and have a question about the bill.

Call the facility you were seen at, from the numbers above. They hold the record of your visit.

Can I make an emergency room appointment?

No, and you do not need one. Both emergency rooms are walk-in, open every hour. Just come.

Do you take my insurance?

That depends on the facility and on your plan, and we would rather you got an accurate answer than a reassuring one — so call the facility directly and ask about your specific plan.

Which of your facilities should I go to?

For an emergency, the nearest one. For anything else, which door do you need is the honest version of that question, and it takes about four minutes to read.

Can I text instead of calling?

Call. We are not advertising a text line until somebody confirms a person is watching that inbox.

Send us a message

Please do not include medical details, test results, or anything about a specific condition. A web form is not a secure or private channel, and it is not the right place for protected health information. If your question is about your own care, call the facility instead.

If it is urgent, do not use this form. Use the phone.

Form delivery is wired up at build. Nothing that arrives here is monitored the way a telephone is.

Emergency: 911, or walk into the nearest emergency room — both of ours are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

About your bill, before you worry about it

Ability to pay is not a barrier to assessment and access to care in our emergency rooms — by law. An emergency visit bills at emergency rates, which are not clinic rates, and we would rather tell you that now than have you find out afterwards.

If anything you receive after a visit is unclear, call the facility you were seen at before you pay it. They hold the record of your visit, and they would rather explain a statement than have you pay something you do not owe.
